Cry, cry, cry out loud,
This pain that knows no name,
Oh fear be not proud.
Though emptiness makes no sound;
And steal the comfort of words,
Cry, cry, cry out loud.
Should restlessness rests like a shroud
Within the tomb of unknowns,
Oh fear be not proud.
When silence reign in an empty crowd;
And choke the voice of peace,
Cry, cry, cry out loud.
Should dread bring its dark cloud
To rain upon rent hearts,
Oh fear be not proud.
And you, my dear, stand unbowed
In the arms of Whom loves you.
Cry, cry, cry out loud.
Oh fear be not proud.

24.
Oh words
they refuse
to fly-
tied and strangled
fluttering wildly
they beat
so desperately
Oh free me!
they plead
If only
Oh words
they refuse
to speak-
chained and silenced
choking furiously
they scream
so loudly
Oh hear me!
they beg
If only
For words
that mean
they won't
be known
they die
when they touch
my lips
Oh words
they refuse
to cry-
bruised and battered
grasping barely
they hold
so proudly
Oh break me!
they plead
If only
Oh words
they refuse
to come-
burdened in sorrow
dragging tomorrow
they flee
so quickly
Oh catch me!
they beg
If only
For words
that flows
they won't
be found
they hide
when they see
my pen
